About Zero Three Care
We are passionate about providing high quality care services to adults with a learning disability and complex needs.
Providing high quality care services to adults since 2003
Zero Three Care Homes LLP was launched at the end of 2003 with the first service opening it’s doors in November 2004.
We are passionate about providing high quality care services to adults with a learning disability and complex needs. In developing Zero Three Care services it has been important to bring together people who share a vision of what high quality services for people with a learning disability should look like and to employ compassionate, caring, trustworthy individuals, who see their role as much more than a job.
Senior Leadership Team
Our vision for Zero Three Care is to ensure that the people we support live the lives they choose whilst being supported by people who understand their needs and deliver support with kindness and compassion. Most of the senior team have worked in direct care delivery roles and collectively we use our experience to both focus on how we best support the people in our care and improve employee experience. As a team, we have developed into senior roles, and we remain focused on providing development opportunities for our staff.

“We are very pleased, as parents of a child with special needs, to have found a home that cares for our son as we would in our own home.”
“I love working for this fantastic team. We support awesome service users who enrich our lives as much as we do theirs, and I feel so lucky to be able to work at such a great place.”
“I don’t know quite how to say THANK YOU but…. THANK YOU. You and your team do a great job and it is noticeable when we see our son. I can’t tell you how you have transformed our lives. And how grateful we are. Please pass on my thanks to Gary for our chat after the meeting I had with you this morning. It is really helpful for me to talk to the people ‘on the ground’ about how they feel about him and how they react to [his] individual behaviours and what he gets up to…It was great hearing first hand about his holiday and his experiences at Greenacre and his gardening project at Mirabeau.”
“We are pleased with all aspects of his care, especially with the understanding of his pre-fit mood changes. His development is always under review and new prospects are on the horizon.”
“I wish to congratulate staff and my son on a positive report. He was alert and engaged throughout the CPA. His speech was clear and he was able to respond to questions appropriately. The placement has clearly supported him to make changes within his life. Well done to everyone involved.”
“Staff appear to address all his health needs when they arise, and are very aware of keeping him active and at a healthy weight.”
“Thank you for arranging our son’s taster day and for all the effort you are putting into finding things for him to do when he transitions to keep him active which is essential to his physical and mental wellbeing as documented by many of the health professionals involved in his care.”
“I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful weekend we had, with the wedding on Saturday and a family gathering at our house on Sunday…We would like to say the staff did a superb job on the day of supporting him and we could not have asked for more…to have our three sons together looking so smart and happy was a very proud moment.”
“Thank you all for joining us at Pitsea pool to celebrate our son’s 21st Birthday. He had a great time with the inflatables and enjoyed your company too. Many thanks for making the effort and your support.”
“Just a note to say how pleased we are with the progress our son is making. We are delighted he is getting out and about much more and his self confidence is gradually growing again…It is lovely to see him so well and most of all, being happy.”
