Regional Manager

Billy has over 13 years’ experience in health and social care, all of which have been as an employee of Zero Three Care. Billy started his career as a support worker and progressed to Registered Manager, where he held the registration for three services for 8 years. Billy was promoted to Regional Manager in January 2024. Billy’s journey reflects his commitment to providing exceptional care and ensuring the wellbeing of both people we support and staff. Billy has extensive experience and knowledge of people with a learning disability, autism and associated complex needs, as well as people with a mental health diagnosis. Billy holds a Leadership and Management qualification and has experience of leading teams through change and developing positive working cultures.
