Paul is committed to ensuring that every individual receives the best possible outcome from their care, promoting choice, dignity and the opportunity to thrive within the community. Paul has extensive experience across health and social care, having worked within Cygnet Healthcare and Pathway Finders across the full range of services, including in-patient mental health, learning disability and autism provision, supported living and residential care.

Paul has worked closely with ICB and Local Authority commissioners across all service areas, leading on bespoke projects to source appropriate housing on behalf of individuals and commissioners. At Pathway Finders, he played a key role in developing platforms to ensure information was managed accurately and referrals were processed safely and in real time.

Paul’s ability to work collaboratively across commissioning teams and operational services has ensured that individuals remain at the centre of every decision, with the right information available at the right time to support safe, effective and timely care.
