Villeneuve House is a five-bedded property in Southminster situated down a quiet private road, overlooking allotments to the rear and fields to the front. It has the advantage of being located in a rural setting along with excellent community facilities, including local convenience stores, coffee shop, butcher, baker, post office, bank and pubs. Southminster has a direct train link into London Liverpool Street and excellent bus links to the local towns. The picturesque quayside town of Maldon is 15 minutes drive away, with supermarket, more extensive shopping facilities and many leisure facilities.
