Katie joined Zero Three Care in 2026 and brings with her a strong background in quality assurance, governance, and service improvement within adult social care. Katie has extensive experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, with a clear focus on delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Starting her career in frontline roles, Katie progressed into senior leadership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what great support looks like in practice. She has led the development of quality frameworks and improvement programmes that drive high standards and positive outcomes.

Katie is passionate about creating a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and listening to the voices of supported people, families, and staff to shape and improve services.
