Schumi’s Corner is a detached new house in Southminster, which is split into two apartments. It is situated at the end of a quiet private road and has the advantage of being located in a rural setting along with excellent community facilities, including local convenience stores, coffee shop, butcher, baker, post office, bank and pubs. Southminster has a direct train link into London Liverpool Street and excellent bus links to the local towns. The picturesque quayside town of Maldon is 15 minutes drive away, with supermarket, more extensive shopping facilities and many leisure facilities.
