Meet the Manager
Ellen Macgregor
Registered Manager
Ellen joined Zero Three Care in 2021 as a Support Worker and has since progressed through a variety of leadership roles across the organisation, including Deputy Manager and Locations Manager, before becoming Registered Manager at Mirabeau. Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes, Ellen believes in positive risk-taking, building independence and creating opportunities. Together with her team, she supports people to pursue their individual goals – whether that means developing everyday life skills, accessing education, securing work placements, getting involved in their local community or simply having greater choice and control over how they live their lives.
Having worked her way from Support Worker to Registered Manager, Ellen is equally passionate about developing her team and understands first-hand the opportunities a career in care can offer. At the heart of her approach is a simple ambition: to help people achieve more, experience more and live the life they choose.
