Estates Manager

Freddy oversees the management, maintenance, and development of the properties within the ZTC portfolio. With over 15 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, Freddy brings a wealth of expertise in managing estates within regulated environments. Freddy began his career in elderly care, and has worked within social care, children’s care and hospital care settings. Freddy has managed existing portfolios and led development projects, most recently, Sheepcotes Mews, an 8 bungalow supported living development in Essex. Freddy previously held senior management roles at MyLife Supported Living, Independence Homes and Active Care Group.
