Luke Baker
Registered Manager
Luke is a Registered Manager at Zero Three Care Homes, overseeing three residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Having progressed from Support Worker to Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager and Registered Manager, Luke brings extensive practical and leadership experience to his role.
His key responsibilities include leading and developing staff teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing safeguarding, risk management, medication, person-centred care planning and working closely with families and external professionals. Luke has a particular interest in positive behaviour support, promoting independence, improving service quality, and developing confident, knowledgeable teams. He is currently completing his Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
